We prepare the documents, deal with the Employment Agency, the Migration Directorate and consular posts, and track every renewal deadline.

For foreign companies entering Bulgaria, we secure residence for directors, representatives and key staff — whether the business is setting up a new company, opening a branch or representative office, or moving people through an intra-corporate transfer. The immigration side of the project runs alongside the corporate side, not after it.

When something goes wrong — a refusal, a revoked or expired permit, an entry ban — we challenge the administrative decision in court and look for the fastest lawful route to restore the client’s status. We also advise on acquiring Bulgarian citizenship by naturalisation, by Bulgarian origin and by restoration.
