ImmLaw
An independent law practice led by attorney Ivailo Marinov.
We advise clients whose business, property and plans are in Bulgaria or connect it with the rest of the world.
We work mainly with companies, investors and private clients, both Bulgarian and international. We help them build and protect their business and assets in Bulgaria: from setting up a company and relocating key people to property transactions and disputes before the courts.
We work in Bulgarian, English and Russian. Our office is in Sofia, but we represent clients before courts and authorities throughout Bulgaria, and work remotely with clients abroad — video meetings, electronic documents and signatures, powers of attorney certified and apostilled.

Ivailo Marinov
Ivailo Marinov is an attorney at law and leads ImmLaw.
From 2020 to 2025 he was managing partner of Antonova & Marinov Law Firm, and before that an attorney at Dimitrov & Pelov Law Firm. He has served on the board of directors of a commercial company, where he was involved in strategic management, internal control and compliance.

ImmLaw is a team of four attorneys; each matter is handled by those whose experience it requires, while the client keeps a single direct contact and receives one coherent position.
